Customer-oriented staff, friendly service, luxurious and bright rooms. Booked Hearing Access room and got it upon arrival. The breakfast was good hot, I tried nice cereals, muffins, hot waffles and eggs. Pool was great and there was an excellent restaurant on site. Central location, relatively near center in the square. Furthermore, the area was extremely safe.
Facilities were excellent, though Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Both my wife and I loved being there. The room was recently renovated and available with comfortable beds as well as a patio.

Absolutely spotless hotel, prime location, we booked a family room and liked it. A beautiful beach, pleasant view. We had separate bedrooms. Always abundant breakfast.

We loved facilities and views, the inn had everything we required for our trip. The accommodation is in the middle of the town. Plus, free WiFi was available.

The hotel itself is family-friendly, we loved staff and views. It was right by Roanoke city center. Ideal place for a 5-night stay.

It is very clean and family-friendly hotel with convenient private parking. A gorgeous view from the window. There's nawab indian cuisine within 5 minutes walk or so, enjoyed their menu. Moreover, we parked our car onsite.

Great location of Mill Mountain, adjacent to the hotel. View of sunsets was nice! The room faced the mountain.
